At TradeKit Direct we understand that from time to time you may not be entirely satisfied with the items that you have received. Our Returns policy is simple, we will accept returns in the following instances where:
Goods are no Longer Required (if returned within 28 days of dispatch). The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Faulty Goods (if returned within the manufacturer's warranty period). The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of Trade Kit.
Incorrect Goods Supplied (if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of dispatch).
Goods Damaged in Transit (if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods).
NOTE: all returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number.
How do I return a product?
1. Submit your Returns request using our Returns Form. A returns confirmation number will be sent back to you along with a returns docket.
2. Put the goods (along with the returns docket) into the original packaging.
